Seto, Flagg Lead Equestrian to Fourth Place at Holy Cross Show

HOLLISTON, Mass. – Junior captain Victoria Flagg and freshman Renee Seto each won blue ribbons to lead Brown University equestrian to a fourth-place team finish at the Holy Cross IHSA Show at August Farm on Saturday in its spring season opener.

Flagg (Great Falls, Va.) took first place in intermediate flat while Seto (Barrington, R.I.) captured first place in beginner walk-trot-canter to pace the bears.

Senior captain Kabisa Baughen (Sarasota, Fla.) registered a fourth-place finish in open fences and a sixth-place finish in open flat while freshman Hannah Guevara (Pasadena, Calif.) came in fifth place in intermediate fences.

Junior Anna Seto (Barrington, R.I.) posted a fourth-place finish in novice flat, sophomore Wallace Douglas (Ipswich, Mass.) came in third in advanced walk-trot-canter, and freshman Dominique Carlo placed fifth in walk-trot-canter.

Next, Brown competes at the University of Rhode Island IHSA Show on Saturday, Mar. 11 at the Mystic Valley Hunt Club in Gales Ferry, Conn.
